On Saturday night at Steel Ice Center, ESU II fell to Lehigh 9-3. Tom Fallon lead the way for ESU II with 3 points on the night with two goals and an assist. Lehigh came out strong in the first period scoring three goals in the last ten minutes of the period. Lehigh would lead the Warriors 3-0 after one. In the second period, the Warriors would find the back of the net on a shot from Zach Walls with 12:36 left in the period. Lehigh would then answer back with a goal of their own to bring the game to 4-1. Tom Fallon would then go bar down with three seconds left in the period to bring the game to 4-2 after two periods. This would be Fallon’s second point of the night. In the third period, Tom Fallon would be the first to score and brought the game to 4-3. This would be his third and final point of the game. After Fallon’s second goal, Lehigh would answer back and score five goals to win the game 9-3. The Warriors, with a short bench as it is, just seemed to have run out of gas in the third period. ESU II will take on Lehigh once again on Saturday, November 5th. The Warriors will be home at Revolution Ice Centre and the puck is set to drop at 12:30.
