On Friday night, ESU I suffered a 4-2 lost against the University of Scranton at Revolution Ice Center. This would be the first of two match ups this weekend.

In the first period, Scranton would score the only two goals of the period and take the lead by two. Nick Aloise and Christopher Flannely had the goals for the Royals.

Scranton would score the first goal of the second period on a shot from Nicholas Tallo.This would be the only goal scored in this period. At the end of the second, the Warriors would trail 3-0.

To start of the third period, the Warriors would come out strong with their first goal of the game on a shot from Dave Maziarz. This would be his second goal of the year. Nick Londino would then find the back of the net with fifty eight seconds left in the game to bring the score to 3-2. Scranton would then score an empty net goal with nine seconds left in the game to bring the game to a 4-2 final.
